If you have experienced or witnessed antisemitism, bias, or a hate incident in Montclair or the surrounding area, we want to hear from you.
If you are in immediate danger, call 911 first. This form is for documenting incidents — it is not monitored in real time.
What happens when you submit a report
- Your report is reviewed by the MJCRC Advocacy Committee
- We will follow up if you've provided contact information
- Incidents may be reported to the ADL and/or local law enforcement (with your consent)
- Aggregate, anonymized data may be used in community advocacy and public reporting
